Yuzefi offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that all returns must be authorized through our dedicated portal to ensure a smooth processing of your refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and branded box, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed by our team.
